' a <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land, and other property shown on said rolliis hereby declared <br /> to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the <br /> amount charged against the same, and that the assessments appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear- <br /> ing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied and assessed against <br /> each lot , tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing <br /> upon said roll, the amounts finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the day of AM F — 1914 is hereby <br /> fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of such improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be issued to the contractor <br /> for said improvement, in payment therefor.
