4411 <br /> F • e <br /> by the Commissioner of Safety and payable to the city of Everett, <br /> and the said bond shall be executed by two sureties, who shall be <br /> residents of the city of xverett and who shall not be connected in <br /> any way with the sale of intoxicating liquors, and said bond shall <br /> be conditioned that the applicant will faithfully comply with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance, and upon the violation of any of the <br /> terms of said bond the full sum may be recovered by the city of <br /> .verett. Licenses granted under the provisions of this section <br /> shall continue for the term of one year from the date of issue.
