(ESRI) enterprise <br />agreement for software licenses, maintenance, upgrades, and technical support to <br />maintain operations across multiple city departments. The anticipated spend is <br />approximately $300,000 over three years. The city will be billed annually for the three <br />years. Funds used to purchase the enterprise agreement are from fund 401, public works. <br /> <br />Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 <br />$90,300 $90,300 $90,300 <br />Subtotal: $270,900 <br />9.9% Tax: $26,819.10 <br />Total: $297,719.10 <br />Project summary statement: <br />The enterprise agreement provides the city with access to the geographic information <br />system (GIS) database, mapping products, mobile GIS viewers (MapEverett Enterprise), <br />asset management system (Cityworks), and public interactive map site (MapEverett). <br />The Geographic Information System software is required to help city staff track, maintain, <br />and catalog all the city’s physical assets, including utility, traffic control, and capital assets. <br />City staff analyzes data in the software system to fulfill multiple city objectives, including <br />ensuring maintenance and repairs to capital assets are completed, and <br />The city first procured ESRI GIS software in the early 1990s to fulfill operational <br />requirements.
