<br />RESOLUTION Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1. Allocation. The City Council determines to use an amount not to exceed $296,449 of the City’s <br />funds from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for the projects and initiatives listed in <br />Recital G above. <br /> <br />2. Authority to Proceed with Implementation. In accordance with the applicable laws and <br />regulations that govern Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, the Mayor is authorized to <br />proceed to implement the projects and initiatives allocated in Recital 1 above. City staff is <br />directed to bring City Council any items that City Council must approve to implement these <br />projects and initiatives, including, for example, any necessary budget amendment(s), <br />ordinances, or additional resolutions.
