February 4, 2026 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Downtown <br />Streetscapes Planting Renovation,” Fund 354, Program 110 to accumulate all costs for the <br />project. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2601-04 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE relating to Stormwater Controls in the Combined Sewer Area, amending <br />Ordinance No. 3814-21 <br /> This item was pulled from the agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEM: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CHARTER REVIEW RESPONSIBLITIES AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 8261 establishing a Charter Review Committee and defining the responsibilities and <br />procedures of the Committee. <br /> <br />Jennifer Gregerson provided an overview of the committee meetings, stating the first meeting is <br />scheduled for February 12 at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Zarlingo who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Read and approved. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br /> Council President
