Description of <br />Violation and codes <br />violated: (Notice(s) <br />of Violation and/or <br />other enforcement <br />document(s) issued <br />are attached to this <br />Agreement) <br />Date(s): February 11, 2025 <br />A Notice of Violation and Order was issued on February 11, 2025, with <br />a compliance date of February 11, 2026. <br />EMC Provision(s) Violated: <br />Alterations to the interior and exterior of the structure without the required <br />permits is a violation of International Residential Code (IRC) R105.1, <br />rendering the structure unlawful as defined by International Property <br />Maintenance Code (IPMC) 111.1.4 and is a violation of IPMC 109,1, which <br />reads: <br />IRC R105.1 Required. <br />Any owner or owner's authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, <br />alter, repair, move, demolish or change the occupancy of a building or <br />structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace <br />any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is <br />regulated by this code, or to cause any such work to be performed, shall first <br />make application to the building official and obtain the required permit. <br />IPMC 111.1.4 Unlawful structure. <br />An unlawful structure is one found in whole or in part to be occupied by more <br />persons than permitted under this code, or was erected, altered or occupied <br />contrary to law. <br />IPMC 109.1 Unlawful acts. <br />It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to be in conflict with or in <br />violation of any of the provisions of this code <br />Corrective Action(s) <br />Required and <br />Compliance <br />Schedule for <br />Corrective Action(s) <br />By: 11/16/2026 <br />• Submit complete permit applications to City of Everett Permit <br />Services for all the necessary and required permits to correct all of <br />the violations cited above.
