This task is to cover additional work, only after written approval by the PM. <br />Consultant Responsibilities <br />▪Written request for support <br />Assumptions <br />▪The allowance for this Task is up to an additional $9,998. <br />▪The City PM must provide written approval prior to Consultant performing work under this task. <br />This written approval will include the agreed number of hours to be used on this task for the <br />specific work approval. There may be several approvals under this task. <br />Deliverables <br />▪As defined with City’s written approval. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />▪Review and approval of written requests to leverage the Optional Services. <br />Task 7 SMAP Support <br />The task includes support to the City on their upcoming SMAP project, other City planning efforts, and the <br />delivery of the GIS model from the regional stormwater facility planning effort. This tasks is not grant <br />funded. <br />Consultant Services <br />▪GIS Model <br />Deliver the GIS model previously developed by Osborn (under Task 3) to support the regional <br />stormwater facilities prioritization. Finalizing the GIS model for delivery will include the <br />following: <br />♦Updating naming conventions in the GIS model for consistency <br />♦Removing dated input data from the GIS model and packaging the GIS model for <br />delivery <br />♦Writing a summary of methodology memorandum. <br />♦Meeting with City GIS Staff to transition the GIS model to the City <br />▪Site prioritization recalculation <br />Recalculate prioritization scores based on the revised Stormwater Management Influence <br />(SMI) score methodology developed as part of the Regional Stormwater Facility Plan for <br />specific sites provided by the City.
