LICENSOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS <br />Licensor will maintain its facilities and improvements, access to the Communications <br />Facilities that is within Licensor s control, and the property in a structurally safe and sound <br />condition. This includes but is not limited to basic maintenance and repair to its facilities and <br />improvements, vegetation management and insect/pest removal and removal of visual <br />detractors such as graffiti. Licensor will be entitled to be reimbursed for a portion of its costs <br />by Licensee as established in the SLA for the Site. <br />17. COOPERATION ANDCOORDINATION <br />17.1 Licensee acknowledges and anticipates that the Work may be interfered with and <br />delayed from time to time on account of the concurrent performance of work by Licensor or <br />others under control of Licensor. If Licensee does not terminate the SLA, Licensee shall fully <br />cooperate and coordinate the Work with such other work so as to minimize any delay or <br />hindrance of any work. <br />17.2 If any part of the Work depends upon the results of other work by Licensor or others, <br />Licensee shall, prior to commencing such Work, notify Licensor in writing of any actual or <br />apparent deficiencies or defects in such other work that render it unsuitable for performance <br />of the Work. Failure of Licensee to so notify Licensor shall constitute an acceptance by <br />Licensee of such other work as suitable for performance of the Work, except as to latent <br />defects which may subsequently be discovered in such other work. <br />18. EMERGENCIES <br />In the event of an emergency relating to Communications Facilities, Licensee shall <br />immediately contact Licensor at the emergency phone number below and immediately take <br />all necessary or appropriate action to correct any safety or use problems, including but not <br />limited to the actions in Section 17.2, even if the full repair cannot be made at the time, in <br />o rder to protect persons and property or to allow use of the Site.
