Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Exhibit B <br />Fee Schedule <br />1. Annual Fee Adjustments <br />A. Maintenance Fees are automatically increased by three percent (3%) of the <br />previous year's Maintenance Fee for each SLA on their respective anniversary date <br />without further notice by Licensor. <br />B. Utility Fees subject to adjustment based on the percentage of change of the <br />applicable Snohomish County PUD rate as advertised on the PUD's web -site for the <br />anniversary date without further notice by Licensor. <br />C. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable SLA, Rental Fees are automatically <br />Increased by five percent (5%) of the previous year's Rental Fee for each SLA on their <br />respective anniversary date without further notice by Licensor. <br />2. Application Fee <br />The application fee is comprised of a fixed -amount of $0 plus expenses. The fixed -amount <br />reimburses SNO911 for the costs of preparing the Agreement/SLA in addition to facilitating <br />one (1) visit to the site with Licensee to ensure that the site meets Licensee's expectations <br />(assumes site is accessible and does not require SNOCAT use). <br />SNO911's expenses for the following services will be provided to the Licensee and it shall <br />be responsible for reimbursement: <br />• Site Tower Loading Analysis for proposed RF Distribution system (antenna, <br />coaxial cable/waveguide, amplifiers, etc.) <br />• Licensee will provide proposed RF Distribution system information to SNO911 <br />• Shelter AC/Power analysis, floor loading, and HVAC considerations by an <br />individual or firm qualified for such analysis. <br />• SNO911's Legal review of Agreement <br />• Additional Electronic Communications Specialist time (if necessary) to <br />evaluate Licensee changes at the site <br />SNO911's will submit copies of our invoices to Licensee to document monies spent for the <br />above services. <br />Exhibit B <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />
