v r L • <br /> "1r .. - <br /> • <br /> ORDINANE NO. kSAA <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 459, entitled "An <br /> ordinance to license and regulate theatrical shows and other exhi- <br /> bitions and places of amusement; providing penalties for violation <br /> thereof, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith" by adding thereto a section, to be designated as <br /> Section 7. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Ordinance No. 459 of the city of Everett, <br /> entitled "An ordinance to license and regulate theatrical shows and <br /> other exhibitions and places of amusement; providing penalties for <br /> violation thereof, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinanc- <br /> es in conflict herewith" be amended by adding thereto a section, to <br /> be designated as Section 7, which section shall read as follows: <br /> "Section 7: All such licenses shall be revocable by the <br /> city council for violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance, <br /> or, whenever in the opinion of the city council, any exhibitions or <br /> things done under such license shall be disorderly, or shall tend to <br /> disturb peace and good order in the city. In case any such license is <br /> revoked, the unearned portion of the fee paid shall be forfeited to <br /> the city.
