stale, putrid, or stinking fat, grease, or meat, or keep any green

<br /> any person keep any undressed hides, unless they are properly salted,
<br /> for more than twenty-four hours , except in places wilere they are to
<br /> be manufactured.
<br /> CARCASSAS.
<br /> Section 4: No pers-an shall keep, cast or deposit, or cause
<br /> to be kept, cast or deposited on any private premises or on any
<br /> public place or premises, or upon the garbage scow of the city of
<br /> verett, the carcass of any dead animal; nor shall any person permit
<br /> the carcass of any dead animal which belonged to him at the time of
<br /> its death, to remain undisposed of for more than six hours after
<br /> its death, but shall promptly deliver the same to the garbage scow
<br /> tender.
<br /> LIQUIDS.
<br /> Section 5: No person shall cause or permit any foul or
<br /> offensive slops, refuse, seepage, or drainage from cesspools and
<br /> vaults , or nauseous , foul, or offensive liquids or substances, or
<br /> liquids or substances likely to become foul, nauseous , or offensive,
<br /> to flow or to be discharged into, over or upon any adjacent premises,
<br /> or any street, avenue, alley or public place in said city.

<br /> dam or obstruction of any kind in or across any stream, water course,
<br /> brook or ravine so as to cause water to stand and stagnate therein;
<br /> nor shall any person obstruct any sewer, gutter or drain in any
<br /> manner whatsoever; nor shall any person cast or deposit, or cause to
<br /> be cast or deposited in any stream, water course, brook or ravine
<br /> any noxious or offensive matter,or any stone, earth, straw,hay, manure,
<br /> dead animal, or other article or substance; nor shall any person cast
<br /> or deposit, or cause to be cast or deposited in any public or private
<br /> well or cistern, spring, stream, or body of water from which water
