Section 5: In addition to the fees required hereinabove, <br /> every auctioneer before selling, attempting to sell , or offering for <br /> sale any jewelry consisting of any watches , diamonds , precious <br /> stones , silverware, and all jewelry of gold, silver or other metal, <br /> or anything commonly known as jewelry, at public auction in said city, <br /> shall first pay into the city tr3asury a license fee at the rate <br /> of Twenty-five' 'dol ars� per day, and procure a license for such sales <br /> upon receipt showing such payment; provided, however, that no <br /> license shall be issued for such purpose for a period of less than <br /> five (5) days ; and provided, further, that such additional license <br /> shall not be required where such articles are only included in and <br /> are a minor part of a general lot of goods to be sold at public <br /> auction, and where a written permit to sell the same without such <br /> additional license is first obtained from the mayor of said city. <br /> Section 6: No such license shall authorize the sale of <br /> prize packages or the distribution of any article or thing in any <br /> form by chance or lot. <br /> Section 7: No auctioneer shall ring any bell, blow any <br /> horn, or use any noisy instrument, or cause any such things to be <br /> done for the purpose of giving notice of any public sale or auction. <br /> Section 8: It shall be unlawful for any person to in any <br /> way misrepresent the quantity or quality of any goods, wares or mer- <br /> chandise sold or offered for sale at public auction in said city, or <br /> fail to state fully to the buyer the quality or firmness of any <br /> such goods , wares and merchandise. <br /> Section 9: It shall be unlawful for any person having such <br /> license to fail or refuse , upon demand of any city officer, to exhibit <br /> such license to such officer. <br /> Section 10: Averey license issued under this ordinance <br /> shall be revocable by the city council at any time for any violation <br /> of any of the provisions of this ordinance, or of any other ordinances <br /> of this city now or hereafter passed, relating to the busines of <br />
