Exhibit C <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />Landlord Work <br /> <br />Leased Premises to be delivered to Tenant in its current condition, except that Landlord shall <br />complete the work outlined below, per Landlord’s base building specifications: <br /> <br />Replace carpeting with new building-standard; <br />Paint the interior walls; and <br />Remodel suite doors to include glass relites. <br /> <br />Landlord shall complete all Landlord Work no later than thirty (30) days following the date of <br />full execution of this Lease. If Landlord is unable to complete the work by such date, Rent shall <br />abate day-for-day until substantial completion.
