Exhibit E <br /> <br />EXHIBIT E <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />Starting at the commencement of the Lease Term, Tenant shall have non-exclusive use of 3 <br />stalls in the Employee Parking Lots A & B at no charge. However, the City may upon notice to <br />Tenant begin charging Tenant for the 3 stalls, at which time Tenant may elect to not keep the 3 <br />stalls and park elsewhere.
