All inspections shall be scheduled online at https://onlinepermits.everettwa.gov.Available inspection dates are shown in the dropdown menu. 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 3. Lane closure shall be implemented per attached approved traffic control plan and City of Everett Standards 700 Series. 5. Hours of operation: Lane closures not allowed 2:30pm to 5:30pm. 6. For all bicycle lane closures, BIKE LANE CLOSED AHEAD sign or BIKE LANE CLOSED sign shall be placed 50'minimum in advance of the closure point. 7. Sidewalk:Contractor shall have spotters assist pedestrians through work area whenever possible. If sidewalk must be closed to foot traffic, then 119-10 SIDEWALK CLOSED AHEAD USE OTHER SIDE or R9-11 SIDEWALK CLOSED AHEAD CROSS HERE at either end of the block or closest legal crosswalk.When closed sidewalk shall be blocked by physical means such as construction fence or barricades and R9-9 SIDEWALK CLOSED signs are required at both ends of work area per City of Everett Standard Drawing 726. 8. If transit stops are impacted, Everett transit and Community transit require three days notification in advance of temporary stop closure to relocate or close stops and notify drivers and patrons. Proponent is responsible for notification.All work including Traffic Control must be done in accordance with MUTCD Standards and the attached plans approved by City of Everett. 9. Any damage to City improvements(sidewalk,curb,roadway,etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 10. Street restoration must be done per COE Standard Drawing#326 and trench restoration per#614,or as directed by the City PW Inspector. Permanent restoration must be completed within 2 weeks of completion of utility work. 11. Full lane width grind and overlay is required for trenches greater than 100'in length,multiple cuts within a 100'length section,and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 12. A minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts shall be maintained. 13. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections. Inspections are required for job start notification, potholing all City utilities,evaluation of traffic control set- up,to view the work prior to backfill,and after final restoration to final the permit. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 25-Site Final/Permit Close Out within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed. 14. Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. 15. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. 16. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:00PM—7:OOAM weekdays,6:OOPM—8:OOAM weekends unless a variance has been issued.Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an application at least 30 days prior to commencing work.
