If sidewalk must be closed to foot traffic, <br /> then 119-10 SIDEWALK CLOSED AHEAD USE OTHER SIDE or R9-11 SIDEWALK CLOSED AHEAD CROSS HERE at either end of the block or closest <br /> legal crosswalk.When closed sidewalk shall be blocked by physical means such as construction fence or barricades and R9-9 SIDEWALK <br /> CLOSED signs are required at both ends of work area per City of Everett Standard Drawing 726. <br /> 7. All work including Traffic Control must be done in accordance with MUTCD Standards and the attached plans approved by City of Everett. <br /> 8. Any damage to City improvements(sidewalk,curb,roadway,etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW <br /> Inspector. <br /> 9. Street restoration must be done per COE Standard Drawing#326 and trench restoration per#614,or as directed by the City PW Inspector. <br /> Permanent restoration must be completed within 2 weeks of completion of utility work. <br /> 10. Full lane width grind and overlay is required for trenches greater than 100'in length,multiple cuts within a 100'length section,and/or as <br /> directed by the City PW Inspector. <br /> 11. A minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts shall be maintained. <br /> 12. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov to formally <br /> request all required inspections. Inspections are required for job start notification, potholing all City utilities,evaluation of traffic control set- <br /> up,to view the work prior to backfill,and after final restoration to final the permit. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 25-Site <br /> Final/Permit Close Out within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed. <br /> 13. Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. <br /> 14. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. <br /> 15. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:OOPM—7:OOAM weekdays,6:OOPM—8:OOAM weekends unless a variance has <br /> been issued.Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an application at least 30 days prior to <br /> commencing work.
