Master Services Agreement <br />with the City of Everett dated April 11th, 2015. <br />•If you need the team at Konexus to develop any custom integrations, such work will be subject to a <br />mutually agreeable Statement of Work which outlines the scope and pricing of such development. <br />•By signing this Contract you represent that you read, understand and agree to the terms of the Master <br />Service Agreement, and are authorized on behalf of the Client to execute the Contract and bind Client <br />to the agreement(s). <br />•This agreement shall be for a one (1) year service period from April 11th, 2026 to April 10th, 2027. <br />Client Ongoing Support: <br />•Our support services include ongoing assistance provided as needed by our team via the Konexus <br />Service Hub (a support ticket submission system), an on line Knowledge Base full of support articles <br />with step by step instructions and screenshots, monthly live, interactive support webinars, and also <br />includes 24 hour emergency support by phone (1-888-307-2013). <br />Usage: <br />•One SMS segment consists of 160 characters (or 70 characters if using Non-GSM characters). Usage is <br />measured per SMS segment. <br />•The SMS segment overage fee is based on U.S. domestic rates. International messaging rates vary by <br />the recipient's country and will be priced accordingly.
