Section 3: That the• grade of Cedar Street in the city of Everett from Twenty-fifth Street to California Street, be and the same is hereby established, altered and changed to the following grade: Both curbs south line- of Twenty-fifth Street 193.50; both curbs north line of Everett Avenue 191.65; both curbs south line of Everett Avenue 191.10; east curb north line of California Street 185.50; west curb north line of California Street 186.00. Section 4: said grades ehail• run a uniform grade line 'between said described points on said Everett Avenue, Pine Street and Cedar Street, and are the curb levels of said grades of said streets and avenues above the datum plane of the city of Everett as established by Ordinance No.101.
