• ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance approxing and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 284, for the improvement of _cast Grand Avenue and other streets and alleys, by the construction of sewers , manholes , catch basins , drains , flush tanks , together with their appurtenances , under Ordinance No. 1488 of the city of Everett, passed January 14, 1913 , and levying an assess- ment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVEP. TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 284, for the improvement of .past Grand Avenue and other streets and alleys, by the construction of sewers , manholes, catch basins , drains and flush tanks , together with. their appurtenances, under Ordinance No. 1488 of the city of -Everett, passed January 14, 1913, as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessments appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said_ roll the amounts finally charged against the same thereon. - Section 3: That the 5 day of 1914 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement.
