1 / • wit: "Beginning at the center line of Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 5 r;ast, W.M. thence southerly along the north and south center line of said Section 30, and the north and south center line of Section 31, Township 29 North, Range 5 Aast, L.M. to a point which is distant 725.93 feet south from the southwest corner of the north- west quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 31, said point being the point of intersection of the north line of the Pacific College Association' s tract with the north and south center line of said Section 31; thence westerly along the north line of said tract to a point which is distant 142 feet west from the west line of Federal Street; thence north along a line which is parallel with and distant 142 feet west from said west line of Federal Street to an intersection with the south line of Vestal & Whitfield' s First Addition; thence east a distance of 14 feet to the center line of the alley in Block 5, said Addition; thence north along the center line of said alley and said center line produced to an inter- section with the east and west center line of said Section 30; thence easterly along said east and west center line to the point of beginning", the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars. The remainder of the entire cost and expense of such improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property within the remaining portion of said enlarged district, in accordance with special benefits. Section 5: That there is hereby created a local improve reent district fund, to be called'Local Improvement District Fund No. ' , which shall consit in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots and parcels of land in said local improvement district and the proceeds of the sale of all of the bonds of said district.
