Athletic Facility Use Provisions - 6 <br />6. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS. Facility User and City also agree as follows: <br />Facility User will conduct all business related to the operation of the concession and comply <br />with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to Snohomish <br />County Health Department and City and/or State licensing requirements. <br />Facility User will provide the City with a copy of a valid and current health permit as <br />provided by the Snohomish County Health Department <br />Facility User is responsible for all costs associated with the operation of the concessions, <br />including, but not limited to, equipment, labor, supplies, and utilities. <br />Facility User will procure and maintain fire and casualty insurance covering the concession <br />structure and contents at the expense of Facility User. Facility User shall provide the City <br />with a Certificate of Insurance naming the City, its officers, employees, and agents as an <br />additional insured on this policy and agrees to provide the City with at least thirty days’ <br />written notice of cancellation. <br />The concession facility at Garfield Park and the storage facilities at Legion Park Ballfields are <br />the property of the City. No modifications are allowed without the prior written approval of <br />the City Parks and Facilities Director or designee. <br />Facility User will store all gas cans and other flammable material appropriately and in <br />certified containers. <br />
