EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 18 <br />ARTICLE 11 - SALARY SCHEDULE <br /> <br />11.1 2026 Salary Schedule. <br /> <br />11.1.1 In order to maintain the differential between an EPOA Sergeant and an EPMA member <br />(see Appendix A), Effective January 1, 2026, the 2025 salary schedule for EPMA <br />members shall be increased by 3.75%.
