The determination of the amount of supervision necessary. <br /> <br />17. The right to change any policy, procedure, or practice unless specifically limited <br />by this Agreement. <br /> <br />18. The City may place employees on administrative leave in an off-duty capacity <br />during times they would otherwise be scheduled to be on-duty, including, but not <br />limited to, during investigations or fitness for duty examinations. If the City decides <br />to place an employee on administrative leave, the leave shall be paid and the <br />employee shall earn the same pay they would have received if they were on-duty, <br />including any specialty or other premiums. Employees who are on paid <br />administrative leave must be available during their regular work schedule but are <br />not subject to callout shifts. <br />
