1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATHELTIC FACILITIES AGREEMENT <br />(UNDERDOG SPORTS LEAGUES) <br /> <br />This Athletic Facilities Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of last <br />signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the <br />“City”), and the Facility User identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Facility User”). <br />This Agreement concerns the Facility User’s use of certain facilities for athletic and <br />recreational uses, which are defined in this Agreement as the “Athletic Facilities.” This <br />Agreement includes the Basic Provisions below, the attached Exhibit A (General Provisions) and <br />the attached Exhibit B (Athletic Facility Use Provisions). <br />BASIC PROVISIONS <br />Facility User <br />Seattle Sports Leagues, Inc.
