2026 ORDINANCE: Kiwanis Park Renovations Project Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $422,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 090, “Kiwanis Park Renovations”, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br /> Construction and Related Costs $ 422,000 <br /> Total Costs $ 422,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />Snohomish County Grant – REET 2 $ 11,000 <br />Fund 354, Program 090 (CIP-3) $ 411,000 <br /> Total Funds $ 422,000 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until <br />fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the <br />necessity of re-appropriation. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the special construction fund, Fund No. 354, Program 090, entitled “Kiwanis Park <br />Renovations” as established by Ordinance No. 4004-24 is hereby closed. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the final revenues and expenses for “Kiwanis Park Renovations”, Fund 354, Program <br />090, are as follows: <br /> <br />A. REVENUES <br /> CIP 3 $ 336,000 <br /> Snohomish County Grant—REET 2 $ 75,000 <br /> Snohomish County Grant—REET 2 $ 11,000 <br /> Total $ 422,000 <br /> <br />B. EXPENSES <br /> CIP 3 $ 302,156 <br /> Snohomish County Grant—REET 2 $ 86,000 <br /> Transfer back into CIP 3 $ 33,844 <br /> Total $ 422,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. That the remaining balance of $33,844 to be transferred to CIP-3. <br /> <br />Section5. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary
