It was questioned that the walls <br /> in red in the screenshot clip below were structural. They are not bearing walls as they do not pass <br /> through the existing acoustic ceiling tile grid. <br /> The walls highlighted in blue, in the screenshot below, were questioned as being rated walls. These <br /> 2x 6 stud walls run to the deck above, but the existing gypsum bd. does not on one side of the wall. <br /> It appears that these walls are not rated walls and never were. <br /> Please proceed with the review as soon as possible.
