;r <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that the assessments appearing against the <br /> same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each <br /> lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon <br /> said roll, the amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the day of 1914 is hereby <br /> fixed as the date of the ss i uance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of such improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be issued to the contractor <br /> for said improvement in payment therefor.
