111111111111111,7 r ORDINANCE NO. \s 1 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 291 for the improvement of Lombard Avenue from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the south curb line of Sixteenth Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curb, concrete gutters , cement walks, cement alley crossings , asphalt pavement upon a suitable concrete base, complete drainage system, lighting system, replanting of trees , installation of fire hydrants, raking and seeding of parks and parking strips, and making old work confors with the new, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1518, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date ,for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the sale of such bonds.
