■ a. . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. \;,S- b <br /> An o'dinance creating a special fund to be known as <br /> "The Income Tax Fund" , and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERx TT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That there is hereby created a special fund <br /> of the city of Everett to be known as "The Income Tax Fund". <br /> Section 2: Into said fund shall be paid all money deducted <br /> from the interest paid on local improvement bonds or other bonds, <br /> pursuant to the Income Tax Law of the United States , and the city <br /> treasurer of the city of Everett is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to transfer to said fund all moneys so deducted. <br /> Section 3: An emergency is declared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Eayo r. <br /> Passed: NOV 2 51913 <br /> Attest <br /> ty Clerk. <br /> Published: NOV 1913 <br />
