NOW THEREFORE,, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon the taxable real and personal property in the city of Everett or subject to taxation therein, a general property tax for munici- pal purposes for the ensuing fiscal year, commencing January 1st, 1914, of One hundred eighty-two thousand, seven hundred sixty- four and No/100 ( $182,764.00 ) dollars. Section 2. Said tax shall be apportioned to the var- ious funds of said city for said year as follows: 1- General Fund $107,400.00 2- Gen. MUn. Bond Park Interest - - - - r 1,800.00 Gen, Mun. Bond Fund Interest - - - - 34,364.00 Gen. Mun, Bond Sewer Interest3,000.00 5- Sinking Fund 6,000.00 -- 6- Judgment Fund 5,000.00 -. 7- Public Improvement Fund ' .2,000 e 00 4. 8- Library Fund 5,280.00 4.-. 9- Park Fund - - - - 7,920.00 $ 182,764.00 Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to certify to the County Auditor a copy of this Ordi- nance in order that the same may be extended upon the general assessment roll of said County in the same manner and at the same time#hat the levy for state and county purposes is ex- tended. Section 4. That the said tax shall be collected and paid into the City Treasury at the time and in the manner pro- vided by the laws of the State of Washington, relating to the collection of taxes in cities of the first class .
