y <br /> . <br /> of land or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to <br /> be specially benefited by said improvement, in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against <br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each <br /> lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said <br /> roll the amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the " _ day of % s,R ,1913, is hereby <br /> fixed as the date of issuance of the bonds required to be issued on <br /> account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be sold by the city council <br /> and the city clerk shall publish a notice three times in the official <br /> newspaper calling for sealed bids for said bonds. First publication <br /> of said notice shall be at least a week before the date fixed for the <br /> sale of said bonds.
