4 • <br /> NNW <br /> ially !f' <br /> M <br /> ially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the <br /> same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said <br /> roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, <br /> tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll <br /> the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the .0 ,r4, day of Q�t"-- 1913 , is hereby fixed <br /> as the date of issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account <br /> of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be sold by the city council and <br /> the city clerk shall publish a notice three times in the official <br /> newspaper calling for sealed bids for said bonds. First publication <br /> of said notice shall be at least a reek before the date fixed for the <br /> sale of said bonds. The city council shall sell said bonds to the <br /> highest bidder, provided that said bonds shall not be sold for less <br /> than par, with accrued interest, and provided further that if no <br /> sufficient bid is received for said bonds the council may sell said <br /> bonds to any person who may desire to purchase the same, but said <br /> bonds shall not be sold at less than par with accrued interest. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed AUG 2 7 1913 <br /> Attest <br /> yClerk. • <br /> Published AUG 2 a 1913 <br />
