Under these circumstances, a revision to our scope, schedule, and/or fee will <br />likely be required. Certerra will notify you if/when we anticipate that it will be necessary for us to provide services <br />in addition to our base scope and will obtain written confirmation that we are authorized to do so. <br />Professional Insurance <br />We maintain liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage and amounts consistent with industry <br />standards for the services being proposed herein. Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request. <br />Closure <br />Our services will be performed in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br />members of the same profession currently providing the same or similar services under similar circumstances in <br />the same locality and in accordance with applicable standards in effect at the time the services are performed. <br />This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. <br />By signing below, you hereby authorize Certerra to proceed with services outlined in this proposal and agree that <br />all services and anything arising out of or in any way related to this proposal will be governed by Certerra’s Fee <br />Schedule and General Conditions which are attached hereto and are incorporated herein by reference. This <br />authorization to proceed constitutes an agreement between you and Certerra and is made in consideration of the <br />mutual promises and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal.
