<br /> <br />  <br />AMENDMENT 1  <br />SCOPE DESCRIPTION:   <br />Amendment 1 provides additional scope of work to be performed by additional subconsultant,  <br />Certerra GeoTest. The scope of work will consist of the special inspection and testing services as  <br />noted on structural drawings S‐00‐0003 and S‐00‐0004, and within the project specifications in  <br />the following areas:   <br /> Storage Building  <br /> Combined Sewer Debris Removal  <br /> Influent Building  <br /> Primary Combined Sewer Storage  <br /> Stormwater Equalization  <br /> Stormwater Diversion and Treatment  <br /> Lift Station 46  <br /> Flow Distribution Structure  <br /> Secondary Combined Sewer Storage  <br /> Effluent Pump Station   <br /> OMES Building  <br /> Civil/Miscellaneous Inspection  <br /> Other Services required  <br />SCOPE OF WORK:  <br />See Exhibit A – Certerra GeoTest Scope of Services (dated November 21, 2025)  <br />COST SUMMARY:  <br />See Exhibit B – Updated Budget Estimate  <br />
