March 18, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />The council received one (1) written comment and the following members of the public spoke: <br />John Peeples, Kathleen Burgler, and Janean <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo reported on his attendance at the Puget Sound Regional Council the <br />Snohomish County Regional Law and Justice Council and the Planning Commission meetings. <br /> <br />Council Member Burbano thanked the Mayor for the Boys and Girls Club that is being planned <br />for Casino Road. <br /> <br />Council Member Weir reported on her attendance at the Bayside Neighborhood Association <br />meeting, and advised on several upcoming activities occurring throughout the city. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne thanked the public commenters and advised that on March 28th is the 3rd <br />“No Kings Rally” that also coincides with a figure skating event at the Angel of the Winds Area. <br />She requested assistance from Administration for crowd and traffic control on this date. <br /> <br />President Schwab reported on his attendance at the Harborview Neighborhood Association <br />meeting, advised the public that the Boulevard Bluffs Neighborhood Association and the View <br />Ridge Madison Neighborhood Association both have meetings tomorrow. He also provided an <br />update on District 3 projects that are coming up. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson did not have any updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman requested a 20-minute executive session, pursuant to <br />RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), with no expected Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Weir, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS
