21 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 14 - EMERGENCY OVERTIME PAY <br />Bargaining unit employees are subject to being called back to work for an emergency. Employees called back for <br />emergencies shall be paid in accordance with Article 13 for a minimum of three (3) hours plus actual hours <br />worked excluding travel time. <br /> <br />For the purposes of this Article only, the word “emergency” shall be defined to mean those incidents which arise <br />without advance notice which endanger life and property where supplemental off-duty personnel are required by <br />the employer. <br />
