4 <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE 1 - AGREEMENT <br />The rules contained herein constitute an agreement between the City of Everett, Washington, hereinafter referred <br />to as the "City," and the Everett Firefighters Local No. 46 of the International Association of Firefighters, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Union," governing wages, hours, and working conditions of employment for <br />members of the bargaining unit. Any references herein to gender shall be deemed to include both genders. <br />
