61 <br />ARTICLE 39 - DURATION <br />This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 2026 and shall remain in full force and effect <br />through the last day of December 2029. <br />With respect to articles of this Agreement, any such article may be opened for negotiations if mutually agreed by <br />both parties. If agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days, said article shall remain in full force as originally <br />written. <br />The parties recognize that Ch. 41.56 RCW may impose additional bargaining obligations during the term of this <br />Agreement.
