"Ill1p **%/:4,44W4 ORDINANCE NO. 2520-01 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "2001 Everett Preservation Projects", Fund 303, Program 051, to accumulate all construction costs for the improvement project. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned City-wide overlay program in conjunction with a pavement management system to effectively preserve the City street system; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal funds for six street preservation projects on Federal-aid streets in the City of Everett; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 051, entitled "2001 Everett Preservation Projects" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 051, for construction of the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $789,928.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 051, "2001 Everett Preservation Projects" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Construction $ 789,928.00 Total Estimated Cost $ 789,928.00
