March 25, 2026 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Bader, that this is declared to <br />be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2602-13. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne requested a briefing after the rollout of the system automations happen. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> AYES: Weir, Rhyne, Schwab, Burbano, Zarlingo, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4169-26 adopted. <br /> <br />LONG RANGE PLAN – EVERETT TRANSIT <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to adopt the <br />updated Everett Transit Long Range Plan, Connecting Everett in 2045. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader requested that changes are influenced by those who don’t ride the <br />system to entice them to ride public transit. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 1:13 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Read and approved. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br /> Council President
