AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br />TO AGREEMENT NO. WQC-2024-EverPW-00027 <br />BETWEEN <br />THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY <br />AND <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />PURPOSE: To amend the above-referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department <br />of Ecology (ECOLOGY) and CITY OF EVERETT (RECIPIENT) for the City of Everett Port Gardner Water Quality <br />Program – Phase 1 Design (PROJECT). <br /> <br />The project end date is being extended to allow the RECIPIENT additional time to complete the remaining <br />deliverables. This amendment will extend the AGREEMENT from January 31st, 2026, to January 31st, 2027, to <br />provide the RECIPIENT with additional time to complete design and to close out deliverables for this PROJECT .
