<br />Page 17 of 24 <br /> <br />SECTION 4 – PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />4.1 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Suppliers must provide a proposal that must demonstrate an understanding of the project requirements <br />as stated throughout this Request for Proposal. <br />Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted in the order specified below. Proposal responses <br />must include: <br />1. Supplier Commitment and Information (included) <br />2. Price Sheet (included) <br />3. Narrative responses to the questions asked. Suppliers should re-type the heading, question <br />identifier, and question. Then, answer the questions and provide in the same order requested below. <br />Suppliers may emphasize in their narrative any areas of their proposal that they believe exceed our <br />requirements. <br />4.
