An ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1526 of the city of Everett, entitled "An ordinance providing for the improve- ment of Mukilteo Boulevard from the eastern terminus of the county road known as the Mukilteo Highway on the west line of Section 36, Township 29 North of Range 4 East, W.M. to the west line of Federal Street, Federal Street from the south line of Mukilteo Boulevard to the north line of Forty-second Street, Forty-second Street from the east line of Federal Street to Grandview Avenue, Grandview Avenue from Forty-second Street to Crescent Avenue, Crescent AvenuJe from Grandview Avenue to the north line of Forty-first Street, by clearing and grubbing, grading to proper grade, complete construction of bridges, drainage system, and doing such other work as may be necess- ary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1920 of the city of Everett, creating a local improvement district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that the payment of said Improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said district by mode of 'Payment by bonds ' , and declaring an emergency".
