ORDANANCE NO. \� • An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 282, for the improvement of Hewitt Avenue from the west lire of the alley between Nassau and Federal Streets to the east line of the City Dock prop- erty; also Bond Street from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point one hundred sixty (160) feet from Hewitt Avenue on the center lire of said street, by removal of old lumber, piling, and old pavement, removal of curb, cement walks , regrading, construction of concrete bulkheads , retaining wall, drainage system, suitable pavement on concrete base, concrete curbs, gutters, cement walks, installment of cluster lights , hand rail, wheel guards, casing and resetting monuments , and other work in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1475, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and provid- ing for the sale of said bonds.
