401 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ordinance providing for the improvement of Colby <br /> Avenue from the north line of Twenty-third Street to the north line <br /> of Twelfth Street, by removal of old lumber, sub-grading, construc- <br /> tion of concrete curbs , cement gutters, cement walks, complete <br /> drainage system, paving on a suitable concrete base, raking and <br /> seeding of parks and parking strips , installation of fire hydrants, <br /> making old work conform to new; also I rinet :enth Street from the east <br /> line of Rucker Avenue to the west line of Broadway, by the :removal <br /> of old lumber, grading, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, <br /> cement walks , raking and seeding of parking strips , making old work <br /> conform with the new, and doing such other work as may be necessary <br /> in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. <br /> 1925 , creating a local improvement district therefor , creating a <br /> local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that the <br /> payment for said improvement be made by special assessments on the <br /> property in said district by mode of "payment by 'bonds". <br /> TKi,; CITY OF r;VEI?.
