The neighborhood plan is called out in the compreh ensive plans list of actions for <br />the first five years:Action UF-3: Prepare subarea plans for Community Hubs and define Neighborhood Nodes.Professional services will extend the citys capacity for <br />meaningful, coordinated, and inclusive engagement, consistent with the comprehensive plans Engagement, Administration, and Implementation element.
