Exhibit A - 4 <br /> <br />Any submittal of Pay Requests or requests for reimbursement of funds must be in compliance with <br />Paragraph I.C, Grant Management Software, and Paragraph I.F, Personnel. <br /> <br />V. Pre-Award Costs <br /> <br />Pre-award costs incurred by the Subrecipient from the beginning of the time of performance set forth in <br />Paragraph II, Time of Performance, of this agreement may be eligible for reimbursement in accordance <br />with 24 CFR 570.200(h). <br /> <br />VI. Notices <br />Notices required by this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered via mail (postage prepaid), <br />commercial courier, or personal delivery or sent by email or, as appropriate, through Euna Grants. Any <br />notice delivered or sent as aforesaid shall be effective on the date of delivery or sending.
