The Amendment updates the service provider’s <br />fee schedule only. <br />The funding for each testing assignment (by task order) is the responsibility of the <br />assigning department and the cost will be part of each capital project requesting testing <br />services. <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />Since 2017, the Public Works Department has maintained a list of pre-qualified materials <br />testing firms for on-call materials testing services for the City of Everett construction <br />projects. Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc is a pre-qualified testing firm selected by <br />Municipal Research Services (MRSC). <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to the Professional Services Agreements <br />for 2025/2026 On-Call Materials Testing services with Materials Testing & Consulting, <br />Inc. <br />
