Project summary statement: Public Works seeks authorization to call for bids for the WPCF Chlorine Contact Channel and Lift Station #1 Valve Replacement Project. The inlet valve to the chlorine contact channel at the WPCF, needs to be replaced as the existing one is failing and prevents safe maintenance and operations procedures. The lift station #1 isolation valve has failed and needs to be replaced to allow safe and proper maintenance and operation of the lift station. The full repair project is anticipated to be completed by November 2026.
