Full lane width grind and overlay is required for trenches greater than 100' in length, multiple cuts within a 100' length <br /> section, and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. <br /> 8. A minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts shall be maintained. <br /> 9. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Jim Knappert at 425-339-7404 prior to starting construction, potholing <br /> all City utilities, to evaluate traffic control set-up, with other inspection requests, and to final the permit. <br /> 10. Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. <br /> 11. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. <br /> 12. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:OOPM —7:OOAM weekdays, 6:OOPM —8:OOAM weekends <br /> unless a variance has been issued. Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an <br /> application at least 30 days prior to commencing work.
