Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. 11. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. 12. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:OOPM —7:OOAM weekdays, 6:OOPM —8:OOAM weekends unless a variance has been issued.
